DIANNA SAYS THANK YOU… THE OLD FASHIONED WAY
After taking out the “Female Artist of the Year” Golden Guitar at this year’s Country Music Awards of Australia, Compass Bros recording artist Dianna Corcoran hits the road to say thank you.
With an already busy touring schedule, Dianna has been spending the days between her shows on a massive road trip of the Country.
"I am literally driving from town to town, walking into retailers who have sold my record and radio stations that have played my songs and saying thank you to them in person." Dianna explains, "I feel like we lost the personal touch when technology enabled us to communicate at the press of a button, and this is my way of getting in touch with those who have helped drive my career."
Also confirmed is Dianna’s participation in the popular "Broad" shows with Deborah Conway throughout August. The first of the shows will hit the Sydney Opera House and be followed by most capital cities. This tour will be an exciting experience for Dianna who is already involved with another successful touring concept called "Chic Frontier" along side friends, Amber Lawrence, Kirsty Lee Akers & Aleyce Simmonds.
With this all said, 2008 is proving to be Dianna’s busiest year to date, and with the making of a new album to be underway within the next few months, it’s really only just the beginning!
"Then There's Me" Dianna's award winning 2007 release is out now...
